Zong has been making its efforts to retain its position in Pakistan’s telecom sector. It seems that the wireless telecom giant is planning again to step up its game. It is recently reported that Zong has officially launched its new, fully equipped state-of-the-art Customer service center in Quetta, Baluchistan in a bid to address the queries of its customers.
The move seems to be a part of its bigger plan to position itself as a market leader in the country’s telecom industry. Also, opening a new customer service center is part of the company’s larger step as part of its objective to connect the rural and underprivileged areas of Pakistan.
Moreover, the main purpose of the telecom operator behind this move is to enable the people of Quetta to catch up with the rest of the country and facilitate its customers by providing access to company’s latest products, services, and quick solution to their inquiries.
The China Mobile Company claims to be the No. 1 telecom operator in Pakistan with more than 3.1 million 4G customers on its platform, which is the highest in the industry, with approximately 75% share in 4G. Also, the company claims to have second highest number of 3G and 4G subscribers in Pakistan. During the past 9 years, the telecom operator has worked hard and clinched the top slot by aggressively expanding its coverage areas and offering improved services to its users across the country.
Many analysts believe that Zong’s success can be attributed to its customer-centric approach. “Our customers are very important to us, we want to offer the best services at the most affordable rates with the widest and deepest network coverage throughout Pakistan,” said Zong’s CEO and Chairman
