It has been recently reported that MCB launched a flagship digital branch featuring its state-of-the-art Digital Lounge at Packages Mall, Lahore.
It is important to note that MCB is not the first bank to launch a digital branch in Pakistan. United Bank Limited (UBL) and Standard Chartered have already launched their digital branches to offer advance banking solutions to their customers.
The newly launched digital branch of MCB offers many digital facilities to its customers including Interactive Digital Interfaces, Video Contact Center, and Customer Information and Facilitation Services. The bank has also set up informative touch screens at multiple contact points throughout the branch to help customers learn more about the bank’s products.
