With on-demand ride hailing services making huge strides across the country, another global player is planning to enter the market to compete with Uber and Careem. Limofied, an Australian ride hailing company is ready to make its mark in the Pakistani market.
The company’s game plan is to compete aggressively for market share, with reports suggesting to charge less than Uber’s current pricing, with the promise of no surge pricing and a fleet comprised of latest model cars. Several reports suggest that Limofied is expected to setup a launch event in Lahore on 17th December 2016, with plans to expand its service soon to other major cities of the country. The company claims that it will offer a superior level of service, far exceeding Careem and Uber service.
The news has ignited excitement among consumers as more and more people started to rely on the ride hailing services to solve their transportation and commute issues. Also, in order to add another additional layer of security and convenience for female passengers, Limofied added one new feature dubbed as La femme, which is exclusively for female passengers with female cab drivers.
Limofied is currently operating in most major cities of Australia as well several European cities too. We at BizUpdates believe that the main reason for Limofied global expansion is due to its ‘deliver highly quality at lower price’ strategy, which bode well for its success it Pakistan.
Many reports indicate that the after Pakistan the company plans to enter in several other regions such as Middle East, Canada, US and the UK. In any case, we will keep track of their progress and will update our readers once they officially launch their services in Pakistan
